I called and it rings no automated system.
Must be a small company.

They are a legit brick and mortar, but have currently shut their storefront down because of COVID-19. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I haven't ordered anything from them in several years, but they were good back then. According to their Facebook page, they are still taking online orders and shipping them, even store pickup if you are close by.
