Rifle used this morning is a 50 caliber Omega with the QLA cut off.

Scope is 1.5x-5x.

Breech plug is Bestill, Fit for CCI shotgun primers, and Federal 209A primers.

Breech plug is wrapped with single wrap plumbers tape.

Plumbers tape is given a light coat of sewing machine oil, which allows the plug to be easily removed after shooting the 777 powder.

Bullet is a Fury 50 caliber 275g sized to easily go down to the powder.

Wad is Walters vegetable fiber.

Powder is 105g 777ff.

Primer is CCI shotgun primer.

The primers fit the breech plug nicely; there is zero blow by of soot around or through the primers.

A few days ago the rifle was shot a few times. Between loading, and shooting the rifle was swabbed to remove the crud ring. After being swabbed, the rifle was loaded, and left out loaded for a few days. This morning three shots were made at target set out about 201 yard. Previously, after shooting the rifle was always cleaned as was the breech plug. This time the breech pug was left fouled, and no full cleaning was done; just a swab before loading.

Shooting a swabbed fouled rifle seems to help accuracy compared to starting with a clean barrel, and breech plug.
