I seen this one on a Facebook hunting group. Looked clean enough, and the price was right. I asked some questions and got a couple more pictures, made an offer but didn't
hear anything for a week or so. He finally texted me and accepted...
I needed this like a hole in my head. Got two Supers already. But.....
I cleaned this thing up real well. Touched up the stock where some finish had worn off, took off the god awful see through scope mounts, and mounted a Lyman 57.
Wow!
What a nice handling, lightweight rifle!
I was gonna try to flip it, but now.......I may have to come up with an excuse to keep it.....

I have never used a peep on a muzzleloader. That Lyman does look like it belongs on the White rifle! I bet she will shoot great also! Nice snag Sir!

Anybody got any opinion on how this would match up with the Lyman 57? Looking for the lowest mount. Would the Lyman 17 AHB be better and use the existing dovetail?
