Here is my every other day visitor to my Backyard salt lick.

shooting my flintlock the other day. had the feeling i was being watched. she never even flinched throughout a 20 shot string. has a nice little bag, so she is hiding fawns somewhere.

I live in a populated development and have not seen any deer for years. Then this brother-sister act showed up last week to dine on our day lillies. Quite a treat.

Many times when I open my back door, there is one standing nest to my wood shed about 20 yards away. They come up to the house and eat my wife's Hosta.

Actually I shot my last deer from my back deck at 80 yards with a flint lock.
