Basic meatloaf ingredients: eggs, milk, breadcrumps, your favorite finely chopped vegetables, your favorite seasonings. What really made it was the bacon wrap. Line a bread pan with bacon and press in the meatloaf mixture, flip over on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake away. For the last 20 mins, it was basted with a blend of ketchup, BBQ sauce, a little Devils Spit sauce, honey, brown sugar, white vineagar, and your favorite spices. It was moist and delicious, and also made great sandwiches the next day.
