Hello all,

Picked up a CVA HAWKEN pistol used, the lock is missing parts I believe, does anyone know where to get parts?

Try deer creek products, I recently aquired a CVA Mountain Pistol that I needed a part for and they had in stock just about every part to build one.

Unfortunately that is how they are made. In a cap lock, that works fine.

You might check on a new mainspring. I just noticed the bottom arm has a wave in it. That's not good.

I concur, the hammer has also been ground. I have a lead on a new lock, for a good price. I hope it works out, the fellow tells me it’s new. The pawl at the end of the sear has also been filed not a good scenario

You really can’t see the pawl engagement there, it’s filed at about a 15 degree angle! Yikes! I appreciate your pic though as I was unsure what a complete lock looked like
