Been reading on other sites about induction case annealing.Lots of good info on those sites. It had piqued my interest to the point that I just ordered a. ZVS LV 12-48 v 1000w heater .
Anyone else use or have made one ?
Not interested in flame type.

I went a different route from the ZVS. On utube do a search “ case annealing $200” .
They used a handheld induction heater and a timer. I followed it and found favorable.
I built my timer case and outlet all in one enclosure.
Pay attention how the video shows the handheld sitting on the same surface as the cases. Eliminating the coil to case height.
I did notice differences in brand of cases vs heating time.

I have a bunch of reformed .30-06 to 7.7 Jap that need annealing. Ones I have done by hand with temp indicating lacquer sticks have last 3 and 4 firings, but that is very labor intensive.
Will take a look at that video.
