Use to hunt with a super redhawk 9 1/2" , 44 mag . Got to be really expensive to keep in practice . Loaded for it too --200 or 210gr xtp with iirc 29gr h110 or 296 . Damn good dear medicine .. Sometimes i still miss it .

homemade Knight Disc Extreme .50 w/cut down thumb hole stock. very accurate, taken hunting a few times but no shots. Foam on back of grip is to keep from biting the web of my hand. Shoot it with 80 gr BH and 300 gr bullet.

I would love to get a Ruger Old Army pistol, it's on my want list. BP pistol's are fun to shoot:lewis:

I absolutely love my A.S.M. 1858 Remington. It is not period correct because it is a target pistol with a 12 inch barrel, but very accurate and fun to shoot. Yes, we need a forum for bp pistols/revolvers.

I vote 100% yes. I have 2 long gun muzzle loaders. Everything else is hand guns, revolvers and single shots. I have a few pics to show.

I zeroed it at 60 yds and have shot it at 100, at 60 yds it will shoot 3 shots into a inch or under, at 100 about 2 inches shooting off hood of my truck.. Would do a lot better sitting down at a bench off a good rest.
