Over ten feet of goodie. 57 pounds of meat. They'll hang for three days or so to further dry, then get cut to length and vacuum sealed.

The taste test shows these to be just right on heat and excellent flavor.

I just finished the first package. Ma says they're too spicey for her. My tongue and tonsils say they're just the right amount of heat.

I did jerky just before the sticks and the son-in-law says its the best he's had. I do cut muscle, none of that hamburger jerky stuff here.

I had a camp member say the same thing until he tried my burger jerky. Now he's hooked. A jerky shooter and dehydrator is the way to go.
 
Nope. Not for this guy.
You're right about the heat but after starting to wear upper dentures the burger jerky is easier to eat and the flavor is still there as well as nutritional value.. Trader
