First muzzleloader buck

My son got his first muzzleloader buck yesterday evening. This buck came in tending a doe. He mad a 75 yard shot with the CVA optima and 90 grs of BH 209 and a 300 gr xtp bullet in a crush rib sabot. Put a big hole thru him! Very proud of him!!

LOL that’s exactly what my youngest grandson said when he’s shot his first doe with my 45 cal White M97. “This rifle is my baby now, I love this gun”.
