Hawk Bullets

Anyone shoot Hawk Bullets? Looking at the 54 cal 350 grn. Opinions good/bad. Thanks. I think I may order a box of 50 and give them a go.

Never heard of them until today but will be making an order to try some one of these days they look interesting.

Hawks are pure copper and pure lead IIRC. Unfortunately their quality control is lacking with the spire points. I got some of the 40cal 225gr or 235gr HPs once. Those were not too bad. Most of the HPs and ogives were nicely formed but frankly i expect more for a custom made bullet. I shouldn't find a single bullet in the pack that looks out of spec.

My best advice is try a soft point.
