Thanks for the messages everyone! I live in the Hudson Valley, it's beautiful here but not the taxes. My reintroduction to black powder is off to a rough start, my buddy has lost my breech plug for my Traditions. It is, of course, not in stock. It's the older A-1446 hex head version. I am trying to source a replacment. Not willing to give up, this was my first deer gun.

Hello everyone, I am a hunter from the Orange County area of NY. I bought my in-line muzzleloader as my first deer gun back in 2007. It's a Traditions Pursuit Ambush, love that gun. I stepped away from muzzleloading once I got heavy into bow hunting. I am picking it up again for the love of the late season snow-covered hunt for deer.
