80-90 is where I stay depending on the bullet, but he does list a 120 gn load.

Ok , I see you pulled that off the website -Doc must have updated his findings. My data comes from the book he wrote in 2001. I suppose its like any of the data published, you need to experiment and find what your particular gun and " shoulder " likes.
 
Ive shot my Knights with the 460 and 488s using 80grV of BH209 and it thumps really good. IIRC that load clocked right around 1450fps in my MLII. Well, i aint hunting bison or something that will trample me if it dont go down.
 
Are the numbers in docs chart volume or weight ? I think I’m going to start at 65 grains by weight

As a general rule, BP amounts are always by volume unless weight is specified. At least they're supposed to be anyway.
