How to send pm

Trying to send a pm to someone who listed in for sale, but I don't understand how to do it. Any help greatly appreciated

You cant until you have 25 posts

So do I have to have 25 post in the for sale sections before I can try to contact the person or is it 25 post any where on this site? If the person who listed the items for sale did not list a email address how does someone like me, who does not have 25 posts, get in touch with that person.

Its 25 total.

You cant send a PM or post in the classified sections without 25 posts total. Its been that way since 2014.
