Another thing to check is..CVA breech plug primer pockets might be a tad larger OD than USA made plugs. Some Euro made 209 primers are also larger OD such as Fiiochi and Nobel. The Nobel (NSI) 209s are long and fat. Plenty strong too.

You want Nobel NSI 209-688s if you can find them. 688 is the "mag" and 686 is the standard but they are both hot enough for BH209.

NEW UPDATE! I got the CVA BREECH Plug but at first it DID NOT FIT. The area where the threads meet the base of the Plug had a raised area about 0.20 high that was smaller in diameter than plug, but larger than the threaded extension. My bergara barrel had a machined area like that , but was about 120/1000ths smaller. A couple hours with a file that did not file on the sides and I was able to shrink it down to FIT!! Just wanted to let others know if order the CVA PLUG, it might not be instant PLUG AND PLAY...
