Jambalalya

I was thinking fish for dinner earlier, but then Ma mentioned making some Jambalaya to get some sausage and shrimp out of the freezer before they burned so I started a batch. At 3 I was still on fish but the aroma from this pot has shut down the fish thing for tonight....fish tomorrow sounds better right now.

Dam that looks good and I can almost smell it. Got a recipe you would like to share, got acouple pounds of sausage needing to get cooked.
