Friend built this , replaced nipple with a sealed ignition . you can just see handle of the ignition hanging over edge of the reciever

by closed ignition are you meaning just a cover that pulls up over it to seal it from weather or do you mean a actual sealed ignition like a bolt gun? Can you take a close up pic?
 
it is actually sealed no cover up. he sent me the picture so that is all i have. You have to be familiar with bench shooters at Friendship. Some of those large guns use this with 11 cap or small pistol or rifle primer. absolutely no blow by
 
I'll see what I can find. There is not a nipple , i do know that
 
it is close , yes, but is close to allowing blackhorn
 
The pin in front of plunger is primer striker, The little handle is bent at a angle to keep out of the way. It is threaded wth what they call quarter turn. Lift up and pull it back it comes out with your spent primer. No it doesn't get in way of the scope no blow back and mess all over your scope. By the way it is same thread used on artillery breech blocks if any are familiar with that
