Can someone tell me if the Knight barrels from a mountanieer will fit a disc extreme? I'd like to have my .50 Extreme barrel swapped out for a 1:22 twist .45 cal.

Yes you can swap a UltraLight 45 or Mountaineer 45 into a Extreme parts set. You will need a new breech plug is all. The Extreme plug is too short. This is assuming your stock is newer and cut for the fork lug. All the newer ones ive seen would fit either.
BTW the 45s Knight are selling are a 1-20 twist and i would suggest the UltraLight unless a heavier rifle is ok. They are both the same price. About $340 plus shipping
Post a pic of the stock where the lug sets and i should be able to tell if a forked lug will fit.
