One can see the first two bottles are toast. Fragment of the bullet is held by the third bottle. The bullet is held by the fourth bottle.

Ron, Im confused. I sent you two bullet types. One was .452 380 grains which is pictured in the first frame at the top.The 0ther was a .503 conical 450 grain. Is the result of the 380 grain the recovered bullet at 358.7g and the 297.8 the result of the 450 grainer I sent????

One of the fellows was interested in the 450 for elk hunting.

I’m thinking the fragment wasn’t included in the last pic. Hence the weight difference.

Love all the testing you do Ron, but good God let's get rid of that snow

thanks HC. I see it now.

I was wondering if a pointed tip would expand. I guess it does. So you can have an aerodynamic (sp) lead bullet and have expansion also.
