We were allowed 2 bearded turkeys in Ohio and it's now down to 1! I used to be able to go out on my front porch and hear 5-6 different birds gobbling and now I'm lucky if I hear 1 bird!

That's interesting. Yotes might be the reason I haven't seen the turkeys much the past two years. No gobblers were seen at all this spring in the field shown in the photos.

Air rifles or suppressed .22 will quietly handle them in those areas.

We dont have much of a problem around here anymore. Thanks to a lot of bored rednecks. But im buying a silencer for my rimfire anyway.

One damn turkey a season so you get a Thanksgiving turkey and that's it that sucks

Yes, I could hear 5 or more birds from my porch 10 years ago. Now if lucky 1. I can hear several Coyotes howling must nights when finished deer hunting and have shot several. Only a few Bobwhites here now as well. Game commission has shorted fall season for turkeys. But that was too little too late. Very few trap for fur now. And you have to purchase a trapping license as well..$$$$$$
