They are made at the Kamakura Koki plant in Japan. Only thing bad ive heard is the eye relief on some is tight. Optically they are supposed to be excellent scopes and the company that makes them has been around since about 1950.

I bought one a while back, the 2-10x38, but they sent me the wrong reticle so I sent it back. I really liked the scope except for the short eye relief. I ended up getting a Tract Toric 2-10x42 instead.
