New rifle on the way

I recently sold my traditions Crockett to pay for a 45 caliber rifle. I ordered a traditions deerhunter in 45 caliber. Figured it would be a good companion to my 45 cal Kentucky pistol.
I'll have to see how it does with a patched ball.

I was watching one of Lewis's videos where he was shooting a 45 cal rifle, using TC maxi hunters with 60 grains of Swiss 2f with pretty good results.
I checked around the web and found boxes of old stock for sale for as low as 6 dollars a box.
Think I'm gonna order a few boxes.
