I might add a little secret , I believe Jeff , won with borrowed rifle

Exactly rite .
It was birthday boy dougs factory tc omega that neither of us had shot before.

I took scope of my rifle installed it on omega after animal match.
Sighted it in during relay 4 and started inline agg relay 5.

Little gun will shoot

WOW....I can't even walk 500 yards today with the heat and humidity. Nice shooting to all!

Congrats and great shooting indeed.
Have a great summer and hope to see everyone again in September.

Great shooting!!!!!
I'm kind of new to this sort of game but maybe you could shed some light on a question for me?
When you you say no rear rest what exactly does that mean?
Is it that you can not have a adjustable mechanical rear rest or is it that you can not have your hand between the rifles butt and the ground?
Is there anyone who can explain some of the rules to me that you could recommend on the long range slug gun competitions if you are not comfortable with explaining them to me.
I have shot alot of long range steel with centerfire but not so much up to speed on the blackpowder slug gun stuff.
