Cool looking rifle. Looks like it shoots too.:lewis:

Good shooting. I reckon that will hit a deer.
Fancying myself as an encore guy, I assistants just a cerakoted composite stock? I like it.

Nice shooting and nice looking rifle! Good target info., what’s your elevation?

Have you tried a Harvester Light Blue sabot? I’m just curious as to what your Encore likes. Is a Super a fast twist .45?

I have only tried two bullets and two sabots so far. Two powder charges.

84gr weighed BH209 with the T/C 200 Shock Wave and green sabot.

84gr weighed BH209 with Hornady 200 SST with tan sabot.

80.5gr BH209 with Hornady 200 SST and tan sabot.

Barrel is a 1:28” twist TC barrel.

Sometime soon I’ll try the light blue harvester sabot.

My elevation is about 750 ft asl.

So far, the barrel shows a preference for the 84gr weighed BH209 and the Hornady 200 SST with the T/C version close but not quite as good.
