Offered me a scope base, some rings, and an offset hammer to scope a Renegade. The base and rings turned out not to be suitable.

The hammer was something I was going to need, so I accepted the offer, which was going to be whatever it cost USPS to my residence.

What about the rings and base made them not usable? Im thinking about scoping my renegade. Haven't looked too hard for the base yet.

The scope base that Omega218r was offering me had a curved bottom to fit a round reciever/barrel, thus not acceptable for an octagonal barrel.
