Got the new adapter today. Same configuration as the original but it has a completely different finish and grip texture is more aggressive. A matte finish instead of the original shiny-ish finish. As before, comes with the mounting screw and buffer tube nut.
I'll try to put a post in the product review section if i get to shoot it this weekend

Is there a link to this new grip? All I see is the old slick style... thanks!!

Still hoping Hogue will make a grip…

I would encourage anyone who feels the same way, to email Hogue.

Remind them that the CVA Scout pistol uses the same grip… otherwise investing in a mold for a (practically) discontinued product doesn’t look like a great idea!

In the meantime, a grip sleeve like eric496 has, is a “quick and dirty” improvement.

I’ve also found that taking a file and “breaking the edge” of the grip material in the slot where the trigger guard pivots helps, too. 👍

I found some black elastic bandage wrap. It is soft and self adhesive.
I just wrapped the grip until it felt right to me.

Probably not necessary but I finished it off with a strip of electrical tape.
Made the grip soft and grippy.
