Pretzel Jell-O
Bottom:
2 cups of crushed pretzels
3 table spoons sugar
1 melted stick of REAL butter
Mix and press in a 8x12 pan -- bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Mix:
1 - 8oz. cream cheese (soften in micro - do not melt)
1 cup sugar
1 - 8oz. cool whip
Mix and spread on bottom when cool
Top:
1 large box of strawberry jell-0
2 cups boiling water
Stir about 2 minutes to dissolve
Add 1 - 16oz bag of frozen strawberries
Let this stand for a few minutes to set then pour it on top.
Refrigerate......
