This bullet was provided by billyboy*. Two attempts were made to catch it; both failed; this first one and this second one

The bullet veered to the right in the first attempt; went through every bottle, and bounced off the edge of the catalogue. The bullet veered to the right in the second attempt, and went out the side of the third bottle. Neither bullet is recovered.

Out to bottles is 25 yard both attempts. Powder charge is 80 grain Blackhorn both attempts.

Bullet hit dead center on first bottle the first attempt. Bullet hit off to the right on first bottle in the second attempt. The sabot of the second bullet had missing petals.

Interesting looking bullet. Is that the plains master .458? I checked there web site and like everything, out of stock.was the bullet annealed? Would like to try them in my knight 45.

They are distributed by Kinetic Performance LLC & called the M-B.O.M.B (Monolithic Ballisticlly Optimized Muzzleloader Bullet). They are fairly Soft & it is Strongly Recommended that they Not be Annealed because of the Tip.

THANK YOU Ron! 🙏👍
