Sight question

I installed a set of Durasights on my Optima pistol a while back. Recently, I bought a Williams ghost ring sight, unscrewed the rear sight and slid the ghost ring onto the base.
I discovered that the front sight is way too tall for me to use the ghost ring.
I was just looking at the CVA website and they have a replacement front sight for the Optima pistol.
I can't seem to find out if that sight is the same height as the front Durasight?
Appreciate any advice.

I had no luck finding specs on any of the sights, at the websites they popped up on using Google. Best bet is to email CVA and see if they even know!
