StrikerFire LDR scope Base

I bought a Traditions Vortek StrikerFire LDR recently. I bought 3 different bases from traditions and none of the screws fit the threads. Getting really frustrated. Even the base that says “fits all Traditions break open models.” Doesn’t fit. Has anyone else had this problem? If so please point me in the right direction
