Thompson Center strike

Can anybody with experience tell me what kind of bullet seems to work well in a strike

Never shot one. If I remember correctly, when I looked at them at SHOT Show a few years ago the factory guys were shooting shockwaves out of them with good results. Actually seems right. I doubt they'd shoot another makers bullets for their promotional information. Sorry, not much help.
