can you adjust cva opitma trigger to 2or 3 lbs pull

Some send their rifles into CVA to have the trigger pull lightened. Some have switched springs in the trigger assembly but I’ve read it can be a Bear to get it back together. Some have pulled off the buttstock and cleaned the trigger assembly internals, then lubed it with the proper trigger lube, removing the buttstock is usually very easy.
