Just wondering if anybody has ever had a trigger job done on a muzzleloader I Northwest vortex has a heavy 4 lb pull

4# on a hunting gun isn't real bad unless its got a lot of creep/take up, while I prefer 2.5-3# a nice 4# trigger isn't bad especially if shooting with gloves on.
Had a lot of trigger jobs done but never on a muzzleloader.

Never had one done on a muzzleloader. A lot would depend on the trigger mechanism. Some can be adjusted for poundage and others not so much. A good gunsmith could probably smooth it out and clean it up some at the very least.

I bought a T/C WMC when they first came out. It had a heavy trigger with a lot of creep. I had 2 different gunsmiths try and improve it, they made it smoother and maybe a bit lighter but the creep never went away. I got rid of it soon after. I know more now than I did back then and I could probably make it better if I still had it.
