I had the meat, just needed to do it so Tuesday was the day. 24 1 1/4 pound rings of venison ring bologna.

These will be hitting the smoker within the hour and then go right into the boiling water batch to finish it. A day hanging to dry and the enjoying will commence.
 
Oh Man that looks Good. Bring on the cheese and crackers! :drooling: :drooling:
