Could anyone give me an educated guess or actual results with a (dinosaur bullet) 375gr SSB and 90 grains BH209?

Would not even want to guess.

But I have about 200 of those left and they shoot lights out in my Remington 700 ML. Tightest group I have shot to date.

Have been saving them for a rainy day.

This is just a guess, but with all the bullets that I've shot with BH209 I would estimate 1500 to 1700fps

I was thinking 1600+or-, but was looking for verification. I need to get one of those chronodoodad thingamajiggers.

I have a chrony but no bullets that heavy. I know you're close in your thinking
