Anybody here use the Vortex Sparc II red dot scope on their muzzleloader? I've found quite a few good reviews from people who put it on their shotgun, but none for muzzleloaders. Either way, if you have one or have played with one, what do you think of it?

Should work just fine, I used to run an Aimpoint on my LHR back when Utah didn’t allow a magnifying scope on Muzzleloaders.

Coincidently, that Aimpoint now rides on my shotgun!

I had a Sparc on an AR for a while. Pretty nice little optic. Liked it better than the Vortex Venom I have now.

I would also take a look at an Ultradot. I have had an Ultradot 30 on my Ruger 44 mag for 6-7 years. I have never adjusted the sight since the initial sight in and that is after a couple thousand rounds of 44 mag!! Battery life is excellent also, only on the 3rd battery. I would think it would be awesome on a muzzleloader.
