Vortex vanquish 3-9x40

Midway USA has the vortex vanquish 3-9x40 on sale for 100$ I grabbed one up and was wondering if anyone knows if it will hold up to being used on a muzzle loader? Otherwise I will need to buy another gun to put it on

I put one on my Omega, haven't shot it yet. Sure looks good, should hold up I hope!

I can't vouch for a muzzle loader. However, I have one on my 35 Whelen and it is awesome! Clear glass and holds zero.
