Just buy a CVA Optima and cut down barrel/grip and make your own pistol, that is all the Optima pistol is anyway.

I bought an Optima pistol grip a while back and tried to fit it to an Optima rifle; it did not fit. The angle is wrong. IMHO, both a new grip and a new forearm would have to be fabricated.

Why not buy one with t/h stock and cut where thumb hole is to use as grip, cut barrel back to in front of forearm then cut forearm back and shape..
