Top - Winchester model 12
year 1957.
Bottom Winchester model 1200
Don’t know what year.
Ball park figure please.

Best bet would be to Google the exact models and see what they are going for on all the auction sites like Gunbroker, Guns International, Guns America, etc. That should give you a rough idea.
 
I saw a Winchester ranger 120, 12 gauge at Cabela's a while back. It was pretty beat up. Price tag was over $ 300.00.
Your model 12 is a fairly good collectable. The other one you have is still a Winchester, maybe not as collectable but still worth a few bucks.
Don't be too hasty to sell for a low number.
 
A little late to the game but if the Winchester 12 is in original configuration and the stock and finish are in good shape you could be looking at several hundred dollars for it. From what I can see in the pics, it looks like ti's in good shape. The vented rib on it adds value (provided it came from the factory that way. Condition is everything to most collectors.
