what broadhead will you be using for deer this year ?

i'm looking at the sevr robusto and grim reaper pro series whitetail extreme or their whitetail special .
i'll be using a barnett DRT405 (xp400 with a different paint job) with a vortex crossfire 2 crossbow scope.
will be my first year hunting deer . i'm really liking the 3 and 4 blade GR's for their cut pattern and i know they'll need dental bands for crossbow use . but i like the lower profile of the robusto and the screw to use it similar to a broadhead so it doesn't tear up the target and dull the blades .
anyhow ..... what will you folks be using ?

I changed to these fixed blade broadheads after I had a mechanical fail to open on an 8 point. Went clean through without opening. They weren't Grim Reapers though.

Those Grim Reapers are supposed to be good. Never heard of the other ones.
I use Slick Trick standards, 4 blade, 125 grain, or Swhacker 125's. Whichever one is the best price for me.
Killed a bunch of deer with either one.

I've used all the g5 broadheads. They are all excellent! The deadmeat mechanicals are(or at least were) the most reliable.

I'll be using a Muzzy 3 blade for my stick bows and the old 160gr. Snuffers for my recurves (pretty much the same as every year since 1978)

I hunt with a longbow from the ground. These broadheads work very well. Zwickey 175 grain Delta.

Grim reaper micro hybrid 125s hybrid 100s and grave digger hybrid 100s. I’ve had great results with all 3 on big Kansas whitetails. The grim reapers are scary sharp out of the pack. You might have to touch up the gravediggers but they will get real sharp too. IMO hybrids are the way to go. If there’s a problem with the mechanical the 2 fixed blades will do the job.

I will be using Nap 100 grain Thunderheads, fixed blade. I've been using them for a dozen or so years.

Use a fixed blade head not mechanical s. You’ll be glad you did. Trust me.
