I am new to this sport, when I first started on here I asked advise on which to purchase a Knight Wolverine Freedom or CVA Wolf! Well needless to say I got them both! Been stocking up on powder, caps etc and ready to try them out. My question is what do you recommend for wiping barrel between shots? I see some say alcohol others moose milk etc.

Alcohol(isopropol), windex with ammonia(or windshield washer solvent), or a 50/50 mix of the two works well for any powder. Water or spit works for anything except BH209. Regular gun solvents for BH209, if you feel the need to swab between shots with it.

Wish I had known about this stuff when I shot smokers. I felt good getting 2"groups out of mine back then. I knew nothing about swabbing between shots. These folks will steer you in the right direction with your rifles to get all you can out of them.

These are my easy solutions - shooting T7 or BH
