Afternoon: I looked but didn't see one for sale.
The email was to reach out to him, he has one as of Saturday when I spoke to him.
The web site was just for reference if you didnt know about it .
Ok. Thanks for the info.
no good pics of the breech or bore but it could be a nice rifle.
It was in good shape had a freind bye it now he thinking about selling his whittail has double lugs like the 98 and a leapold ultamatslame he's got it dialed in with 504 460 noexsuse on our 50 round he bought it un fired we valve lakes as per doc and bedded it what do you think it would be worth
That's a Model 97 Whitetail with the two lugs. I have one of each .451 an .504 caliber 22 inch barrel, excellent shooters. I paid $300 for the .451 an $350 for the .504 without scopes.
So your looking at least with that scope a minimum of $500 plus at least, probably more $$$
All I want, (at the moment), is a model 97 .451 in really great shape. Can somebody please help me find one. (I may have trading material)
I will look around see what I can find
Art maybe Doc can replace that bbl on your Ultra Mag?
What's the going rate for a white s91-11 box these days ...any thoughts
Just the box... I have no idea, they do enhance the value when sold with the gun included. I have a few myself! Not sure I would want to let them go..
Just the box!!
For me unless the serial number and info on the box matched the gun inside it wouldn’t be of any value. I threw my boxes away cause I had to many and they took up to much room. For some it might have value , to me it’s a worthless piece of cardboard once the gun is no longer in it. Ahhh ... the gun on the other hand ... now we are talking.
