Willies snack sticks

Followed the advice of some fellow members and made some snack stick with Willies seasoning. They turned out very good, especially with a nice cold Labatts blue and a hunk of sharp cheese. Thank you all for the info, especially Mr.Tom who took the time to walk me through his procedure. These little morsels are tastey...ty all.

Looks like you have a healthy supply!! They look good too, can't eat too many or my doc would raise hell about my cholesterol!!

Try to make them healthy, more deer than pork butt. I know what you mean as i too am border line high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

I did 67 pounds total last fall. They are tasty and, yes, they have some cholesterol. So, if you're on guidelines for it, limit the intake. I don't have any dietary restrictions for cholesterol, but still, I package these 6 to a package and the sticks are only 7" long. I seldom eat more than two sticks at a setting and keep the opened package in the fridge so I can grab one as a snack. And I rotate what I have in the fridge between summer sausage, sticks and cut muscle jerky.
