Hi from MN and new to muzzleloading

Hi to all
This is a great site I have learned a lot of new things.
I live in east central Minnesota and have just got my first muzzleloader a CVA Optima Nickel .50 cal. I like it but it has the fiber optic sights and my eyes have truble with the red front sight.

Many of the rifles come with Tru Glo fiber optic sights. I think you can change out the color of them by changing out the small fiber rods. I personally like a green front sight and the red rear sights. I can concentrate on them better.

Otherwise there are a lot of choices for sights out there. Welcome to the forum and the sport. Good luck with your rifle.
