For some reason, the myth has started that initial bullet movement "prior to full ignition" (undefined term) is somehow bad.

Not true. In fact, contingent upon application including cartridges, MORE initial bullet movement has been shown to be MORE accurate-- just the opposite of what has been touted. :?
