Is this a decent deal?

This popped up on another site. I sort of know the guy and feel he's offering a decent deal. I'm not a lefty but someone might be. Sort of the pits he won't ship but I am only an hour away and he'll meet half way. Maybe make a good investment piece?

I may message him to see if he'll take the ad down for a couple weeks. He has a sweet lefty 700 BDL Remington in 7Mag up for sale too. I think he's bumped into some health issues and based on other stuff he has listed I think he needs it to go. We'll see.

One recently sold on the other muzzleloader site for 350.
I'd say that a lefty in good shape for 200, is a good deal.
