Just a little FYI for all, Oldest son (50 years old) a hunter since age 9 butcherin a 10 ptr in the garage last weekend got a small ( 3/4 in long not deep) cut in the web of left hand, happened sunday-------- has spent the last 2 days in hosp and was in danger of losing left thumb due to an infection. Drs said NOT due to deer blood just an infection. We all like those razor sharp knives but be careful. Had my son lost his thumb his hunting would have over as he shoots both bow and gun with left.
