new savage sling!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i got my new savage sling today its made by desantis i really like it!! i got brown and it matches my lam stock i wish they had made the brass hardware less shiny what can a guy do about that?

I hope this does not come up twice. I thought I posted it but did not see it. Brass is occasionally covered with lacquer to prevent tarnishing. Lacquer thinner will remove that and the brass will eventually tarnish. If the brass touches leather I have found it to get a green type of corrosion however.

That is the acid and chemicals in leather that turns brass green. It will come off and clean up though.
