I was deer hunting (Illinois Late Firearm season) and had this female coyote run right under my stand and stopped at 75 yds broadside. 1 250 Barnes MZ and she didn't go far. It was perfect shot placement right behind the shoulder. This is my first coyote and I'm getting her mounted. I gotta talk to my taxidermist for my options. Sorry for the poor photo. This was about 7:20AM and it was lightly raining. I'm going back deer hunting in a little bit. Supposed to be freezing rain this afternoon. I'm not looking forward to that.

Nive Yote

Allways a god idea to mount the first kill, appears to have enough fur for
the taxidermist to hide that .50 cal hole.

It's going to be a shoulder mount so the holes are irrelevant since they're both behind the shoulder.
