I have enough Remmy front stuffers, don't need to build another.
Here is a stripped action I bought to build.
What you see is what you get.
Asking $400, shipped. This shouldn't involve an ffl, though I don't know everything about all states regulations. If you need it to transfer from a dealer to a dealer, you'll need to pay the fee on this end. If you need it to be received by a dealer, I'll include a copy of my driver's license for their bound book.

No kit so to speak but there are several gunsmiths that will do a smokeless conversion, Michael Garnet did mine

This is a good deal for a stainless action and as long as your willing to keep your max loads around 67 grains max of H4198 with a 275 grain bullet you'll be good to go.
